CLINICAL DEPARTMENT

**All clinical field positions require access to a cell phone, high speed internet and experience with computer technology. Field positions are available in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and the surrounding areas.

Field Registered Nurse (F/T and per diem) **

Qualifications:

  • Home care experience required

ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT
Medical Records Administrator & Manager

  • Ensure the smooth flow of documentation output, including but not limited to composition, organization and typing of day to day workload.
  • Assists with the development of policies and procedures necessary for the effective management and operation of the Agency.
  • Complies with departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Supports completion of Agency documents in an accurate and timely basis.
  • Performs any function deemed necessary for the good of the Agency

Q/A RN (Home Health Care)

  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of Medicare guidelines (recent) for home health coverage and compliance.
  • Oasis documentation training
  • Experience with OASIS scrubbing software
  • Review each patient chart to ensure all documentation has been obtained to support claim for payment.
  • Informs the Clinical Managers of problem areas regarding documentation and standards of care, as indicated in patients' charts
  • Assists with Medicare requests for additional information, filing Reconsiderations, Reopening of denials as directed.

Billing Administrator

  • Knowledgeable of administrative clerical support responsibilities in finance and/ or accounting.
  • Prior billing experience, Medicare billing preferred
  • Excellent Excel skills a must.
  • Able to maintain detailed accurate records.
  • Able to handle confidential material.
  • Able to handle multi-tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a stressful environment

    PRIVATE DUTY DEPARTMENT
    Home Health Aide (perdiem)
    Qualifications:

    • Current Maryland CNA/GNA and CPR certification required
    • Previous experience with private duty preferred
